Top our wonderful vegan mini pizza crusts with our fresh homemade pizza sauce and addictive cashew chz spread. We make our cashew chz spread a little sweet with a hint of savory garlic. Our delicious version of pizza is fun to make and tastes terrific. Kids and adults, alike, all over Los Angeles have been enjoying our cashew chz pizzas. Now it's your turn.

INGREDIENTS: PIZZA CRUST: Brown rice flour, millet flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, water, organic evaporated cane juice, organic extra virgin olive oil, yeast, xanthan gum. PIZZA SAUCE: Tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, basil, garlic powder, kosher salt. CASHEW CHZ: Cashew nuts, caramel agave, olive oil, kosher salt, garlic powder. CONTAINS: Tree Nuts (cashew)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 400°. Place pizza crusts on a cookie sheet. Spread a quarter of the sauce (or 2 Tbs.) over each crust. Lay the bag of cashew chz on the table and press flat evenly. With kitchen shears or scissors, cut bag into equal squares. Peel back plastic and distribute one square on each crust. Bake for approximately 8 minutes until cheese and crust have lightly browned. |
