DESCRIPTION: What are Confetti Meatballs you ask? When you finely chop tomatoes, red bell peppers, onions, scallions and the terrific potato-like plant called yucca, then mix everything with our prime all-natural ground pork, you get fantastic tasting, colorful, confetti meatballs. We created this recipe after we learned that yucca has healing attributes in that it helps a body process ammonia.
