DESCRIPTION: Since our Chicken Tenders are such a big hit, we thought you would like our Pork Cutlets. We hand cut our cutlets from premium all-natural pork tenderloin. Then we coat them in our homemade breadcrumbs. You can bake or fry them. They taste great dipped in our Sweet Onion Ketchup that you can find on our GF Sauces menu. This makes a great weeknight meal.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw completely. Stovetop - Heat a 1/2” of oil in a large pan over low heat. Cook pork in a single layer until golden brown on each side (3-4 min/side). Reduce heat if pork browns too fast. Remove and place on a paper towel. Oven – Preheat oven to 350°. Place cutlets on a cookie sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray. Drizzle cutlets with olive oil and bake for approx. 20 min. |
