INGREDIENTS: All-natural beef, tomato sauce, ketchup, salt, cider vinegar, sugar, GFCFSF Worcestshire Sauce NUTRITIONALS: Serv. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw completely. Brown the beef mixture in a non-stick pan over med-high heat for 5-7 minutes. Drain fat from pan. Add the tomato mixture, cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. While meat is simmering, warm up the hamburger buns included. Serve together.
