COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw completely. Rice-Boil water in a medium pot. Add rice and ˝-tsp salt to boiling water. Cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 20 min. Chicken-Heat 1-Tbs oil in large skillet over med heat. Drain liquid out of bag of chicken/onions, then empty contents into the skillet. Sauté for 5 min. per side, then squeeze all of the raspberry sauce into the pan. Mix it around, while covering the chicken with sauce. Cover pan and reduce heat to low. Cook for approximately 10 more min. or until chicken is cooked throughout (165°). Serve chicken with rice. |
