COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw completely. Rice-Boil water in a medium pot. Add rice and ½-tsp salt to boiling water. Cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 20 min. Chicken-Place a skillet over med-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and cook it thoroughly approx. 5-7 minutes per side. To use a grill pan, place pan over med-high heat and cook chicken approximately 5-7 minutes per side. Serve with rice. |
