COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw completely. Stovetop - Heat a 1/2” of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook tenders in a single layer until golden brown on each side (3-4 min/side). Reduce heat if tenders brown too fast. Remove and place on a paper towel. Oven - Preheat oven to 350°. Place tenders on a cookie sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray. Drizzle tenders with olive oil and bake for approx. 20 min. |
