DESCRIPTION: Our healthy version of orange chicken is created using moist all-natural, boneless, skinless chicken breasts that we marinate in a flavorful mix of orange, ginger and wheat-free tamari sauce. Serve with our aromatic organic lavender basmati rice.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw completely. Rice-Boil water in a medium pot. Add rice and 1/2-tsp salt to boiling water. Cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 20 minutes. Chicken-In a large saute pan, heat 1-TBS oil over medium heat. Cook chicken and marinade for approximately 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through and internal temperature is 165 degrees. Serve chicken with rice. |
