My Kids Loved Them! May 30, 2010
Reviewer: DarcyC from Cincinnati
Yesterday I decided to break out the polenta (none of us have ever eaten polenta) and give it a try!  The kids loved it and I thought it was pretty darn good, too!  My 4.5 year old twins devoured it and left a little for my 3 year old to have a little  (he's a super picky eater and he even ate some-just getting him to try something new is always difficult!)

The reason I deducted a star is mostly due to the fact that I am not a cook, so I could have used more explicit instructions on how exactly to cook them (how long, get the oil HOT first, etc.)  Mine did not resemble fries in the end-they separated and looked more like hash browns, probably because I did something wrong.
