COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw completely. Boil 2 cups of water in a medium pot. Add rice and ˝-tsp salt to boiling water. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes. While rice is cooking, heat 1-TBS oil in a pan over medium heat. Add vegetables and sauté for 10 minutes until soft. Then add the meat and 1-tsp salt to pan. Stir until meat is cooked for approximately 7-8 minutes. Mix in sauce, reduce heat to low and cook for 3 more minutes. Serve with rice. Note: Cooking times may vary. |
