INGREDIENTS: GF-flour mix (brown rice flour, tapioca starch, organic evaporated cane juice, egg replacer, xanthan gum, stabilizer (adipic acid, carrageen gum, potassium citrate, locust bean gum)), water, organic egg whites, almond meal, yeast, organic apple cider vinegar, solar-harvest sea salt, aluminum-free baking powder. Brushed with a mixture of organic extra-virgin olive oil, rosemary, garlic, and solar-harvest sea salt. Contains: Egg, Nuts (almond).

IN general most bread items have not been to my liking so I've avoided them pretty much.
But I was delighted to find this Focaccia Bread had a nice texture when toasted and really good for dipping in oils. Also makes a good Bruschetta.
Yay for a bread that I finally like!!
Could use a little more seasoning though, hint hint :)
