INGREDIENTS: GF-flour mix (brown rice flour, tapioca starch, organic evaporated cane juice, egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca starch flour, leavening (calcium lactate (not derived from dairy), calcium carbonate, citric acid), xanthan gum, pectin (from citrus)), water, organic egg whites, almond meal, yeast, organic apple cider vinegar, solar-harvest sea salt, aluminum-free baking powder. Brushed with a mixture of organic extra-virgin olive oil, rosemary, garlic, and solar-harvest sea salt. Contains: Egg, Nuts (almond).

I've only tried one slice and it was very tasty; I also liked the texture.

I wrapped it in foil and heated it in the oven them opened it and put it under the broiler for a few minutes.

I didn't see any instructions as to what would be best, that would have been helpful.

My son loves bread and everyone knows how hard it is to find a good one.  This is a nice addition.  I agree it could use a little more seasoning.  I would buy it again.

IN general most bread items have not been to my liking so I've avoided them pretty much.
But I was delighted to find this Focaccia Bread had a nice texture when toasted and really good for dipping in oils. Also makes a good Bruschetta.
Yay for a bread that I finally like!!
Could use a little more seasoning though, hint hint :)
