COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw completely. Preheat a well-oiled grill to med-high heat. Grill steak to your liking. 3-4 minutes per side should get you a med-rare steak, but use your discretion. When steak is done cooking, transfer it to a cutting board and let it rest for 10 min. Then thinly slice it against the grain. |
