DESCRIPTION: Inspired by one of our favorite Mexican restaurants, we created a fresh and fantastic shrimp, pinto bean and organic brown basmati rice dish that will serve three adults. Savor our garlic shrimp over plump pinto beans and refreshing cilantro lime rice. Then, top this dish with our creamy tomato salsa.
