INGREDIENTS: All-natural beef tenderloin, tomato sauce, onion, coconut milk, jalepeno peppers, garlic, salt, ginger root, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, cumin. Rice on the side.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw completely. Rice-Boil water in a medium pot. Add rice and ½-tsp salt to boiling water. Cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 20 min. Beef-Heat 1-Tbs of clarified butter or oil in a large pan and brown the meat. Remove meat from pan. Heat another tablespoon of clarified butter or oil. Add the onion mixture and cook over medium heat until heated through. Return the meat to the pan and stir until all meat is thoroughly coated with the spices. Reduce heat to low and add the bag of tomato sauce and coconut mixture. Cover and let simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve over rice. |
